Notes:
Medina, who did not see this item, but took his description from C. Leclerc, Bib. Americana, 1682, describes it as having "32 hojas"; Vargas Ugarte as having 37 leaves ("port." + "36 ff."); and G. Araujo Espinosa as having 34 leaves ("port." + "33 hojas"). Vargas Ugarte and Araujo, however, also maintain that the verso of the title page was blank. The title page of the John Carter Brown Library copy is not blank, however. Therefore, it may be a variant printing.
