Jongo song

Description

Abstract:
According to Vonania group musician and leader, Ayipaga, the jongo song heard here was originally part of the nagila repertoire. This collection of Ghana Field Recording Tapes includes a vast representation of jongo and nagila songs from northern Ghana.
