Depicts Eleonore Prochaska (1785–1813), daughter of an officer in the Prussian guards, who disguised herself as a man in the Lützow Free Corps. At the Battle of the Göhrde she was mortally wounded and field-surgeons treating her wounds discovered she was a woman. She died three weeks later.
