Original ink wash drawing by Crown on verso of 'Sketch of Philippines Hut..'; general and staff meeting near tent, trees in background.
Notes:
Numbered 37 on verso. Crown served in the South Pacific as an infantry artist and Staff Sergeant. He was also a field correspondent for Yank magazine. Gift of the artist, 1994.
