- Abstract:
- Animated trajectory of SM3 performing run-and-tumble. The movie shows multiple cells as black objects on a white background either moving or immobile. An overlaid trace of the trajectory is displayed as the cell of interest moves. The trajectory spans a duration of 28.0 seconds in real time and consists of 23 tumbles and 22 runs. The mean cell speed is 26.6 μm/s. The movie was taken at 25 frames per second (FPS) in darkfield with a 10x objective.
