Abstract:
Notifies that the U.S. District Court for Rhode Island has adjudged Henry Waterman a bankrupt on his own petition filed Aug. 31, 1878, and issued a warrant in bankruptcy and will hold a meeting of his creditors Sept. 30, 1878.
Notes:
Title from first line after heading, which reads: To M[blank] of [blank] County of [blank] State of [blank] creditor of Henry Waterman, bankrupt.
At end of text printed signature of James H. Coggeshall, Marshal, Messenger.
Chiefly list of creditors of Henry Waterman, with amounts owed.
