Description

Abstract:
A religious sister whose organizing career has been with IAF affiliates, almost entirely in the West/Southwest. Involved in the struggle to get clean water and sewage systems in the colonias along the US/Mexico border. Started with UNO in East LA (it become ONE-LA); to Queens Citizens Organization, back to LA, to COPS in San Antonio, Valley Interfaith, El Paso, Dallas, Los Angeles again, Sacramento Valley Organizing Committee.
