Printed on heavy pink paper; border of type ornaments at left, top and bottom on page [1]; calendar on page [3] within ornamental border.
Includes poem in seven four-line stanzas.
Poem attributed to Walker because he used first stanza (with altered first line beginning "Farewell, Nineteen Five") and last three stanzas in "Carriers' address 1906" printed with his signature in Salem in 1906.
No newspaper name is mentioned on item; it may have been intended for carriers of all Salem newspapers.
