Leaflet outlining various methods for funding public art in New Orleans, including community partnerships, private partnerships, and public partnerships. The latter is supported by the City of New Orleans' Percent for Art Program, which mostly relies on commissions, community outreach and education projects, and direct purchase as its methods of acquiring artwork.
