- Abstract:
- SM3 swimming in multiple circular loops near the surface. The cell wobbles as it swims due to the misalignment of the flagellar bundle with the cell body. Occasionally, the cell is observed to tumble. The movie was taken at 25 frames per second (FPS) in phase contrast with a 40x objective.
