Don't swap horses

Description

Abstract:
Political cartoon from "Harper's Weekly" showing John Bull, the personification of Britain, asking Brother Jonathan, an early personification of America, if he would ride the "other horse." The other horse bears the head of George McClellan, the Democratic Party's nominee for President in 1864. Brother Jonathan decides to keep riding his horse, which bears the head of Abraham Lincoln.
