Abstract:: A Colecção Fernando Távora de manuscritos e impressos é uma das mais completas de Portugal, tratando-se de um legado único, pela sua importância e dimensão. Consciente da necessidade de sistematizar a informação essencial relacionada com estes materiais, Fernando Távora preparou um minucioso meta-arquivo, que é hoje de enorme utilidade. Nele, cada lote do espólio é descrito ao pormenor: o que contempla, o preço, a origem, a data e a quem foi comprado. Este contributo contextualiza e transcreve o meta-arquivo, ajudando quer os futuros especialistas que investiguem este espólio, quer todos aqueles interessados em conhecerem melhor a personalidade de Fernando Távora.; The Fernando Távora Collection of manuscript and printed documents is one of the most complete in Portugal, and indeed a unique archive, given its importance and dimension. Aware of the need to systematize the main information regarding the documents in his collection, Fernando Távora prepared a thorough meta-archive, which today is highly useful. In it, each lot is described in detail: its content, price, source, as well as the date in which it was bought. This contribution contextualizes and transcribes the meta-archive, aiding future experts working with this collection, as well all those interested in knowing better the personality of Fernando Távora.
