Characterizing Neuronal-Activity Dependent Small Cell Lung Cancer Proliferation

Description

Abstract:
The interplay of neurons and cancer has been identified as a driver of cancer progression. Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) is a high-grade, neuroendocrine tumor that interfaces with neurons of both the central and peripheral nervous systems. We elucidate if the neuronal microenvironment robustly affects SCLC proliferation.
