Model simulation output and analysis code

Description

Abstract:
The simulation output and code required to reproduce model parameters and the tables and figures underlying the analysis are contained in this repository. An aggregated clinic dataset has been provided to preserve patient confidentiality concerns. The original data is available upon request to Philip A. Chan (philip_chan@brown.edu). In some cases, simulation analysis code relies on data from publicly available sources, and the filters required to retrieve or reproduce those data are provided in the relevant folders. The ABM model code itself is particular to this analysis and does not reflect subsequent development, documentation, and improvement.
