Security awareness training is a proven method used by many companies to help employees gain a better understanding of the information security risks affecting their organization and to help them enhance their security posture. Many of these trainings typically include a number of industry buzzwords, discussion on relevant threats and vulnerabilities, red flags awareness training on phishing emails, and steps that can be taken to safeguard infrastructure. For the average, non-technical employee, however, this can be too much to digest. Though statistics show that companies who perform security awareness training sessions will have a stronger and more resilient team of individuals who understand the challenges that correspond to the current cyber-threatscape, often times, the networks belonging to these companies can be riddled with malware. The Beta Girl Training module is an innovative system used to help the average novel reader gain a fundamental understanding of cybersecurity, all while telling a riveting story.
