- "In January 2016, I had the pleasure of co-teaching a Wintersession course along with Laura Briggs, head of the Department of Architecture at RISD. Students from Industrial Design, Illustration, Landscape Architecture, and Architecture were given an opportunity to discover some of the riches of Portuguese life as we explored Lisbon, Coimbra, Évora, Braga and Porto, as well as several smaller but significant places en route.
