- This paper briefly introduces the project 'Fontes Históricas do Direito Português', available online at www.iuslusitaniae.fcsh.unl.pt. The webpage is the result of a research project funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (MCTES) and by POCTI, with the participation of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Through the Ius Lusitaniae webpage, one may access a vast array of sources relating to Portuguese legal history, with a special focus on the early modern period. The site includes 30,000 digitalized pages and more than 17,000 items (royal letters, laws, alvarás, decrees, etc.).
- Este texto brevemente apresenta o projecto 'Fontes Históricas do Direito Português', disponível online em www.iuslusitaniae.fcsh.unl.pt. A página é o resultado de um projeto de pesquisa financiado pela Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (MCTES) e pelo POCTI, com a participação do Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER). Através da página da Ius Lusitaniae, pode-se aceder a um vasto leque de fontes relacionadas com a história do direito português, com especial destaque para o início da era moderna. O site inclui 30.000 páginas digitalizadas e mais de 17.000 itens (cartas reais, leis, alvarás, decretos, etc.).
