- Abstract:
- This critical challenge project is intended to address the workforce shortage by evaluating the transformation that needs to occur including the evaluations of barriers to entry which disqualifies or overlooks candidates who are willing and capable of filling unfilled roles in cybersecurity. Specially, one organization is evaluated to determine what steps need to be taken to enhance and broaden an existing cybersecurity curriculum to best prepare students for a career in cybersecurity.
