Applied Practice Experience: Research done at Brown University School of Public Health (SPH). The vision, mission, and timeline of the SPH is introduced, as well as the purpose of the research project. Investigation into what public health history is taught to MPH students at Council of Education for Public Health (CEPH) accredited Schools of Public Health/Masters of Public Health programs is this research's aim. CEPH is an “independent agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education [that] accredit[s] schools of public health, and public health programs outside schools of public health.
