Incomplete, final pages 14-16 only of history of the United Amateur Press Association. With an envelope addressed to HPL by W. Paul Cook and postmarked Jul. 26, 1920. First line: "Unfortunately, this era of quiet prosperity did not long continue, and the administration of Helene E. Hoffman, the first woman president of the United, began under trying circumstances." HPL's final note reads: "This takes the history up to the Rocky Mount Convention of 1915."
