Abstract:: David Morales is the representative for the Rhode Island State Assembly District 7. His legislative priorities include evidence and community-based policies to help the working class have better access to resources and better overall quality of life. As his legislative aide, I oversaw Medicaid and other health-related bills coming out of our office. Namely, I wrote the “Cover all Seniors” bill, which would provide income-eligible, non-citizen RI seniors ages 55 and above with RI Medicaid.
