Abstract:
Sight Reading is an interactive sound piece exploring the relationship of silent reading and the spoken word in the context of Narrative Medicine, linking the user’s eye movements to recordings of creative writing drawn from the Butler Argus, a literary journal created by patients of Butler Psychiatric Hospital from 1940 to 1945.
