Applying long read sequencing to genotype evolved bacterial strains

Description

Abstract:
Our work focused on utilizing Oxford Nanopore MinION long-read sequencing to prepare an assembly of the following four differentially swarming Enterobacter family members: SM1, SM3, SM1_HS2B, and SM3S. Data obtained from long-read sequencing was analyzed on the bacterial bioinformatics program PATRIC.
