Abstract:: This documents has two letter written to Dr. NC Saxena by Ashok Kumar, IAS and Shailaja Chandra. The first letters is a reply to Dr. NC Saxena's letter dated 16.09.2003, addressed to Chief Secretary, Delhi, about the compliance of the Hon'ble Supreme Court orders relating to transparency in PDS. The second letter is a reply to Dr. NC Saxena'sletter dated 18.08.2003 regarding supply of information to M/s. Parivartan in respect of Fair Price Shops and KODs in Sunder Nagar, New Delhi.
