Maine Fish and New Yorker Faces Landmark Database

Description

Abstract:
Images used in AM282 Mathematics of Shape with Applications to Computer Vision with Matlab program written by Joan Glaunes that computes an optimal diffeomorphism in 2D or 3D space which best matches two sets of geometric data. These sets may be composed of labeled landmarks, unlabeled landmarks, curves or surfaces. LEMS Team: Ozge Ozcanli (leader), Nhon Trinh, Mahir Hadzic and DAM Team: Sergey Kushnarev (leader), Wei Zhang, Sehun Chun. Fish Database of 45 types of Maine fish, courtesy of Ozge and the LEMS team and Faces Database of 40 New York faces.
