- Abstract:
- Bioluminescence imaged using BLmini v2.0 in an anesthetized wild-type animal with the cortical application of luciferin (hCTZ). Bioluminescent calcium indicator was expressed via intracortical injection of AAV2/9-hSyn-C1-mNG-CaBLAM (APD3A6) in the barrel cortex. During this imaging session animal was receiving stimuli of vibrissa. Imaging was performed at 5 FPS. Images were normalized to baseline preceding the administration of hCTZ and variations in intensity reflect percentage change. The data from this experiment is presented in Fig. 12b. The animal received 3 intracortical administrations of hCTZ during this experiment and this video demonstrates second administration.
