Abstract:: This letter is written by NC Saxena to Smt Shailaja Chandra in capacity as a Commissioner appointed by the Supreme Court of India to look into grievances arising out of the implementartion of the Hon'ble Court's order in petition No. 196 of 2002. Parivartan had said that Delhi Government had refused to give copies of the stock registers, ispection books, sale registers, card registers and cash memos of FPS and KOD's to them on the grounds that these are the private property of the FPD and KOD shop owners and can't be shown to the public.
