Dynamic water viscosity auxiliary code for numerical TP

Description

Abstract:
This code calculates the water viscosity as a function of temperature (between 75 deg. C to 1000 deg. C) based on data available from NIST (https://webbook.nist.gov/chemistry/fluid/) for a pressure of 50 MPa. Water pressure changes in the code from a minimum of 25 MPa to a maximum of 75 MPa, and so 50 MPa was chosen as the pressures. Note that the density, viscosity and thermal expansivity of water is a strong function of temperature, but not so of pressure at the chosen temperature and pressure ranges.
