- Abstract:
- Friday a preliminary injunction was ordered against the Community Committee for Alternatives in Education (CCAE) to prohibit demonstrations in the Coachella Valley Unified School District. Fifty members of the CCAE were present in court when a member of the American Civil Liberties Union argued against limiting the groups right to make itself heard in the community.
