- The article discusses joining of the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) by the U.S. with Vietnam. Topics include trade deal causing job and income loss in the U.S. as by China's entry into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), future growth in employment and wages staked at texture and apparel (T&A) sector and The Nine Dash Line, demarcation drawn by the Philippine authorities in the wake of the Japanese defeat in the Second World War.
