Description
- Abstract:
- The article explores the claims to international recognition and legitimacy of de facto states in the South Caucasus. It mentions the constant struggle of the unrecognized states to support their claims to international recognition and legitimacy. It also points out that the absence of external sovereignty exactly defines what de facto states are.
