- Abstract:
- The article explores issues related to the development and the use of new technologies by terrorist groups including the proliferation of mass destruction and the adoption of information technology. It states that terrorist groups with state sponsors have the capability to initiate terrorism attacks. The views of strategy analysts Michael Intriligator and Martin Shubik on the need for the U.S. to prepare itself for a possible terrorist attack is also emphasized.
