- Abstract:
- The article analyzes factors related to the weak enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR) in China and IPR policy reforms for globalization. Topics include non-participation of China in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) while joining the World Trade Organization (WTO) and establishing special economic zones (SEZ) to encourage foreign direct investment (FDI). Also cited are the Decision on Accelerating Scientific and Technological Process and Science and Technology Advancement Law.
