La Salpêtrière: Cette vue montre la chapelle et le Bâtiment de la Force.

Description

Abstract:
A copy of an engraving of the chapel from 1750, by Aveline. By this time, the "hospital", for the most part, served as a prison for indigents, terminally and mentally ill patients, and prostitutes, with very little treatment offered to the mentally ill.
