Abstract:
This interview describes Mrs. Adler's perceptions of Fox Point. A residents of Providence's East Side, Adler has worked in her family's hardware store for decades. The store began on Wickenden Street in 1919 and has served many generations of Fox Point residents. Her interview discusses her family history, the store's history, and her perceptions of changes in the neighborhood.
