Abstract:
Raymond Xavier was born in Fox Point in 1951 and lived there for most of his childhood. He attended LaSalle Academy and the University of Rhode Island. He served as a guidance counselor for the Department of Children and Families, the Narragansett school system and now, Prout School, a private, parochial school.
