Highly incendiary pamphlet signed by Therou and 56 others, the authors accuse the representatives of Saint-Domingue and the Jacobins in Paris of being responsible, even organizing, the massacres, pillages and burnins of plantations and villages. Further yet, special attention go to Sonthonax, Leborgne and Raymond as they accuse them of being agents of England for the destruction of the commerce of France and her merchant marine.
