- Publishes royal decrees of 8 Sept. 1707, granting pardon "a todos los que por razon de qualesquiera delitos, ó crimenes estuvieren en la carzel de esta audiencia ..." and ordering a general inspection of prisons on occasion of the birth of the King's son, Luis, the auto of Real Acuerdo de Justicia of 26 March 1708, implementing the aforesaid cédulas, the promulgation of said decrees during a general inspection of the viceregal prison in Lima, and stipulation of the corresponding circulation, promulgation, and implementation of the cédulas and auto.
