Abstract:
Here is a jongo song, with isolated flute parts, recorded by Jim Koetting, while he living in the Accra area, in 1974. Kayoro Nima often musicians broke down their parts, by instrumental groups or single parts, in order for Koetting to more easily learn, analyze, and write about Kasena music.
