Abstract:
Interview Martha Gardner, class of 1988, conducted by Karen Lamoree. In this part of the interview, Gardner describes fraternity activities that precipitated and followed the speakout; the womens peer counselor program; coming out on as a lesbian at Brown; and the citizens arrest organized by Brown students in response to a campus recruitment visit from the CIA.
