- 42nd in collection of 65 wood-engraved illustrations of battle and military scenes of all periods, cut from old books, including scenes from Swiss, Greek, and Roman chronicles in German, and Greek chronicle in Latin; large-scale battle between mounted knights, infantry with pikes, muskets, etc., wounded and dead horses and men trampled in lower foreground.
