Abstract:
Engraving by Punt and Tanjé after Troost. 'Dutch guard room where officers sit, many smoking long pipes, a couple playing cards at a table to right, another standing to right looking at a map on the wall, one standing with his back to the fire, a large group in the centre at a table, one reading a paper while the others sit listening, with a globe and book on an open cupboard behind and two crests hanging on the walls; coat of arms in lower margin' -- British Museum.
