Abstract
A moving image/sound collage blending excerpts from oral history interviews with Erik Carlson, Erik Gould, Jeffrey Herman, William Smith, Robin Tagliaferri, Scott Molloy, Ana Quezada, and David Kennedy. The recording synthesizes a sampling of their testimonies on the current state of the abandoned Gorham site; on the history of Gorham's industrial craft work and its decline; on the environmental and health effects of industrial pollution; on episodes of labor conflict at Gorham; and on the legacy of the company's presence in Rhode Island
