- As "[The Brave] Grenadier" dated [176-?] by Bristol. Johnson, who notes "Type ornaments [Reilly 489 and 531] would seem to have been first used in New London in 1764. Probably published before the Stamp Act", dates the broadside [1764?]
- Timothy Green (1703-1763) was printing alone at New London until his death in 1763, when he was succeeded by his son, Timothy Green (1737-1796)
- Text printed in two columns, divided by single line. Lines of type ornaments divide poems.
