Abstract:
Letter sent by one of Mariotti's relations in Italy while Mariotti was living in Cambridge, MA. The letter's writer news about a common acquaintance who had recently come to call on him. ("Mariotti" was the adopted name of the Italian literary scholar Antonio Gallenga.)
