Partly printed document dated June 16, 1882. Translated summary of this document reads as follows; Public Morgue, The body of the Moreno Mateo Zombielo, of 57 years of age, native of Havana, single has undergone an autopsy carried out by the local coroner. Signed: Havana, 16/6/1892. Francisco Olaguer [TN: the surname is a qualified guess]. No. 61.
