Description
- Abstract:
- This recorded lecture introduces students to the quantification of "brightness," ways to quantify and compare bioluminescent and fluorescent proteins, and the factors that influence Förster Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) between nearby proteins.
- Notes:
- The NeuroNex Technology Hub is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and its Division of Biological Infrastructure under Award No. 1707352.
