- De el manuscrito que repartio don Joseph Gomez Moreno, thesorero de las reales cajas de la ciudad de Piura, en 12 de mayo de 1765, para que se revoque (hablando con el mas reverente respeto) la sentencia de vista pronunciada por la Real audiencia de los reyes, en 5. de junio de 1765, y se declare por legitimo, y subsistente el ultimo testamento nuncupativo que otorgò su marido en 21. de junio de 1759.
