- Title from cover of vellum binding.
- Anonymously written book of mercantile letters sent from Lima to Spain (mostly Cadiz and Seville). Letters are dated from 1792 to 1796. The recipients are named and the author gives his location but never his identity. The manuscript is written in only one hand throughout. Pages are not numbered.
- Handwritten inscription on front pastedown reads: En 13. de agosto de 1793. se publico en Lima la guerra contra los Franceses, y en Madrid el 29 de mano, y en Cadiz el 4. de abril de d[ic]ho año.
- "Demonstracion de los dias en que entran, y salen en el puerto del Callao los navios de España", p. [1-2], is a list of Spanish ships entering and departing from the port of Callao from 1785 to 1794.
