- Uncle Sam approaches a small hill holding a bayonet with a rooster. Five Confederates run from him. The Confederate flag lies on the ground. The Union flag is atop the hill (the hill is labeled "76". The Capitol can be seen in the background. "5 to One HA." and "Entered according to Act of Congress by W. Wiswell in the Clerks Office of the Southern District of Ohio June 8th 1861." is printed below the image.
